Rules and Regulations.
All park rules and regulations are put in place to insure a safe, and family friendly environment for you and your family. All rules and regulations may not be listed on this website. 1. No alcohol outside the home.
2. 10 mph speed limit.
3. Basic application and background check
required.
4. All homes are single family homes.
additional rules and stipulations for
extra tenants do apply.
5. There is a $10 fee for background check.
6. No outside pets allowed. Small inside
pets allowed if you own your own
home.
7. Any 18-wheeler, or large semi-trucks are
not allowed to enter park except
for reasons agreed upon by park
management.
8. Any vehicle that is not legal to operate on
public roadways, is prohibited from
being used in the park.
9. The use of firearms, BB guns, pellet
guns, paintball guns, crossbows,
compound bows, or sling shots
are prohibited on park property.
10. The use of fireworks are prohibited on
on park property.
